is partnering with a new luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape to appoint a talented and service-driven . With a strong focus on personalized guest interaction and elevated dining experiences, the lodge is committed to delivering warm, attentive, and memorable hospitality from the outset. The Mixologist will be instrumental in crafting a distinctive beverage experience, engaging directly with guests, curating signature cocktails, and setting service standards that reflect the lodge’s refined yet welcoming ethos. Responsibilities: · Formal training or certification in mixology, bartending, or beverage service · Previous experience as a Mixologist or high-end bartender in a luxury lodge, hotel, or restaurant · Knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail trends, and artisanal ingredients · Create, prepare, and present a signature cocktail and beverage menu tailored to the lodge’s style and guest preferences · Manage the bar setup, mise-en-place, and service during mealtimes and events · Train and guide service staff in beverage knowledge and bar etiquette · Ensure proper storage and handling of spirits, garnishes, glassware, and equipment · Confident, polished, and personable communication style · Organised, proactive, and adaptable · Ability to work in a remote environment as part of a close-knit team Nationality – South African citizens Salary – To be discussed – live in. ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
