Luxury 4* Hotel Plettenberg Bay REQUIREMENTS Min 3years experience in a 4-star unit as Room Divisions Manager Management in full control of Front Office / Housekeeping/Maintenance Departments (HOD in place at each department) Knowledge of Property Management System essential Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer) Good planning, organizational and time management skills Ability to work accurately under pressure. Must be guest service driven. Ability to work shifts. Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and telephonic. Must be able to use initiative & work unsupervised.
