Requirements: 2-3 years’ in a similar role in a quality restaurant or similar environment (Essential) Formal culinary training and hygiene qualifications (Beneficial) Strong skills in menu implementation, food preparation, and presentation with attention to detail Ability to support and co-ordinate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to adapt menus accordingly Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration Team player with excellent organizational and leadership abilities Must have own reliable transport (Essential) Package on Offer: Live Out R15 000 pm (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP
