Food And Beverage Supervisor - 4 * Hotel Waterfront Cape Town

A large 4 star hotel situated in the Waterfront seeks to employ an outgoing, well spoken, energetic food and beverage supervisor to work in the lounge, terrace and restaurant of the hotel. Must have previous Hotel Food and Beverage Supervisory experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel with a minimum of 200 bedrooms and more than 4 outlets. Micros experience is a requirement and hospitality management diploma would be an advantage along with a Grade 12 Matric Certificate.
