Night Auditor | Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek . This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious property where you will contribute to maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring seamless overnight operations and guest experiences. Requirements: · Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment · Strong administrative and numerical skills with high attention to detail · Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities · Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently · Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach · Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities: · Manage late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience · Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management · Balance and verify front office accounts, charges, and payments · Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally · Liaise with other departments to ensure all guest and operational needs are met · Monitor the property’s security and safety during night hours · Complete nightly audits, including room and revenue checks · Prepare handovers for the morning shift to ensure continuity of service Package: · Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live Out · 50% Medical Aid contribution · 3% Provident Fund contribution · Annual increases and performance-related bonuses · Meal allowance of R25 per shift · Subsidised staff transport available on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch, and Wellington routes To apply for the Night Auditor position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements for the position will be contacted.
