Senior Chef De Partie - Durbanville Fine Dining

This newly established fine dining restaurant in Durbanville offers elegant French and Italian inspired cuisine but is not stiff and fussy in the execution of their varied a la carte menu. The young head chef has gained experience working overseas with top Spanish, French and middle-European Chefs and now excited to offer a wide selection of flavours with a unique and modern twist. The 56 seater restaurant is open for Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday through to Saturday and serves lunch only on Sundays. The brigade comprises 6 skilled chefs and 2 junior helpers. PROSTAFFSELECT are in search of a talented SENIOR CDP to run hot grill, sauce & veg section & to rotate between sections as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Formal Chefs Qualification from a recognised establishment At least 3 years’ experience within a fine dining a la carte brigade Outgoing and confident personality and comfortable dealing with guests directly Highly proficient in BOTH Hot and Cold production. Pastry will be a huge advantage Own Transport essential as there is no staff transport available
