Digital Marketing & Content Manager For Luxury 5* Safari Lodge - Hybrid Position

This luxury 5-star safari lodge located within the Robertson Valley offers a boutique guest experience with ultra-modern decor & accommodation for a maximum of 24 guests where each executive suite is privately located on the hills with panoramic views of the mountains beyond. ProStaffSelect are in search of a uniquely creative, results-driven marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution. A Digital Marketing and Content Manager who’ll take ownership of all online marketing activities, develop campaigns to drive brand awareness and direct bookings, as well as produce high-quality onsite content that tells the unique story of this remarkable property. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality or tourism Strong hands-on ability in content creation (photography, video, copywriting) Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills Strong analytical and reporting ability Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup “NICE TO HAVE” REQUIREMENTS: Qualification or certification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media Google Ads or Analytics certification Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Previous experience with boutique hotels or tourism brands Local tourism or influencer network within the Western Cape BENEFITS Flexible hybrid work structure: 3 days remote, 1–2 days onsite weekly (additional onsite presence during events or campaigns) Onsite accommodation and meals during content creation days if needed Incentive structure linked to direct booking growth and campaign performance
