Senior Pastry Chef

A leading luxury lodge near Polokwane, Limpopo , is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to take charge of their pastry section. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fine dining, creative presentation, and exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the pastry section and ensure consistent 5-star quality in all desserts and baked goods Design and execute elegant menus for plated desserts, teas, and special events Train and mentor junior pastry staff Maintain excellent hygiene, stock control, and kitchen organization Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless dining experience Requirements: Formal culinary qualification with a pastry specialization Minimum 3–5 years’ pastry experience in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment Strong creative flair, precision, and attention to detail Excellent time management and team leadership skills Package: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Accommodation and meals provided Opportunity to join an award-winning culinary team in the heart of Limpopo
