Camp Manager

An exclusive luxury villa in the Eastern Cape is looking for an experienced, guest-focused Camp Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role suits someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a love for the bush. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the villa and guest experience Manage and motivate the front-of-house and housekeeping teams Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance departments for seamless service delivery Handle guest relations with professionalism and warmth Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and hospitality at all times Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in lodge or villa management (luxury experience essential) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and guest relations abilities Confident in handling reservations, hosting, and admin duties Package: Competitive salary (based on experience) Live-in position with meals included Chance to join a luxury property known for its exclusive guest experience
