Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Culinary Consultancy, Stellenbosch Ready to step up your culinary game? A high-end culinary consultancy is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to assist in running a busy, top-tier kitchen and create exceptional dining experiences. ✨ What you’ll do: Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations Assist with menu planning, preparation, and presentation Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff Manage stock, orders, and kitchen inventory Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met Step in for the Executive Chef as needed You’ll need: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in luxury dining Strong culinary skills with creativity and attention to detail Leadership skills and team management abilities Excellent organisation and time management Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Package: R22,000
