This is a live-in role – think breathtaking views and a kitchen where creativity is king! ✨ What you’ll do: Craft pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standard Keep quality, presentation, and consistency spot-on Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items Maintain hygiene, manage stock, and organise pastry production Collaborate with the kitchen to keep operations smooth You’ll need: Proven experience as a pastry chef, ideally in luxury hospitality Strong pastry and baking skills Creativity, attention to detail, and calm under pressure Great organisational and communication skills Passion for delivering unforgettable culinary experiences Package: R15,000 – R20,000 (negotiable with experience)
