A luxury bush lodge in Kruger National Park is looking for a Lead Trail Guide to lead unforgettable safari adventures and inspire both guests and guides. This is a live-in role – imagine waking up to the bush every day! ✨ What you’ll do: Assist the Head Guide and step in as needed to manage the Safari Department Conduct game drives, bush walks, and interpretive experiences Deliver engaging guest experiences, including bush dining & drinks stops Train, mentor, and monitor guides according to FGASA, Cathseta, and SANParks standards Manage vehicles, equipment, firearms, and department operations Contribute to social media, conservation initiatives, and emergency response You’ll need: FGASA Level 1 Trails Guide certification minimum ARH & Rifle Proficiency, First Aid Level 1, valid driver’s licence & PDP Knowledge of guiding standards & property procedures Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills Passion for wildlife, conservation, and exceptional guest experiences Confident, outgoing, and professional with high energy Package: Live-in
