This is a live-in role perfect for someone who loves high-end hospitality, interacting with guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service Hosting and engaging with guests to deliver exceptional experiences Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and SOP compliance Managing admin, schedules, and operational procedures Driving team performance on the floor Who we’re looking for: Experience in a luxury lodge, 5-star hotel, or high-end restaurant Strong admin skills and attention to SOPs Positive attitude and excellent guest-facing skills Ability to lead by example on the floor Willingness to live on-site and embrace a remote bush location Salary: R16,000 Neg Live-in join a team where every day is a five-star experience! ✨
