Director / Operations Manager – Luxury Hospitality Group A prestigious and rapidly growing luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director / Operations Manager to oversee the operational excellence across multiple properties. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and operational management of all properties, ensuring consistent high standards across hospitality, guest services, and facilities. Lead, mentor, and develop management teams across departments to drive performance, accountability, and staff engagement. Develop, monitor, and optimise operational budgets, financial performance, and cost efficiencies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement operational processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with executive management to shape long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and business development opportunities. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. Requirements: Proven experience (7 years) in senior operations management or executive hospitality roles, preferably within luxury hotels, lodges, or resorts. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational optimisation. Ability to manage multiple properties or sites effectively. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise and a results-driven mindset.
