This opportunity is ideal for a professional, hands-on couple looking to join a prestigious 5-star lodge in a remote, conservation-driven environment who offers a warm, family-style team culture where everyone contributes to ensuring exceptional guest experiences. As the , you’ll focus on delivering world-class guiding experiences, sharing your passion for the bush, and contributing to lodge upkeep when needed. As the / you’ll bring both spa expertise and strong administrative, hosting, and operational support to the lodge team. Requirements - Trails Guide · FGASA Level 2 / NQF 4 (flexible for the right candidate) · Lead Trails Guide (essential) · Valid PDP, First Aid & DEAT (NW Province) · Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star lodge · Strong command of English (international guest interaction) · Ethical guiding practices with a genuine passion for nature · Willingness to assist with maintenance tasks when required. Trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and presentable. Own reliable transport essential Requirements - Spa Therapist / Admin assistant This role is ideal for a qualified spa professional who is ready to move beyond full-time treatments into a broader hospitality support role that blends spa expertise with guest hosting, administration, reception, and general lodge operations. · Fully qualified skincare therapist (min. 1-year Somatology Diploma | ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or CIBTAC) · Skilled in facials, massages (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology, etc.), body wraps, exfoliations, manicures & pedicures · Minimum 3 years’ experience in the spa/beauty industry · Previous admin, reception, or guest service experience in a luxury lodge/hospitality environment preferred. PAN Hospitality system knowledge advantageous · Excellent communication, grooming, organizational, and interpersonal skills · Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask. Own reliable transport essential · Spa/Admin person - R8 – R9K DOE 10% commission on spa treatments · Trails Guide - R12 – R14K DOE · Single, furnished live-in accommodation.
