Executive Chef Join to apply for the Chef Exécutif role at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Location: Bora Bora, French Polynesia. Full-time, CDI, 8 hours/day. Responsibilities Establish, apply, and enforce kitchen policies and procedures. Supervise all kitchen activities and enforce regulations regarding cleanliness, food handling, nutrition standards, hygiene, safety, quality and freshness. Participate in financial management (budget preparation, cost control) and material management (inventory control, procurement, supplier negotiations). Manage human resources of the service (record keeping, hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluation, conflict management). Communicate with staff and managers to ensure operational needs, attend regular operational meetings for coordination. Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction during and after service, handle complaints. Qualifications Proven experience as Executive Chef or Sous‑Executive Chef in luxury hotel properties. Excellent leadership, team building and communication skills. Knowledge of culinary trends and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with the Director of Culinary, solve problems, recommend solutions with clarity and respect. Human qualities aligning with our golden rule.
