Commercial Catering Engineer Location: Field based, covering North Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire Are you a qualified Commercial Catering Engineer looking for an exciting new role, providing service to the catering industry? We Specialise solely on the full Rational range, carrying out installations, repairs, and maintenance work. Your expertise and knowledge will ensure that our clients' kitchens are operating to their highest efficiency. About the role: * 40-hour week (Guaranteed to be paid for 40 hours, regardless of if worked less. Anything over 40 hours is paid as overtime) * Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site * Installation, Service, Maintenance and Repair on the full range of Rational Combi Ovens and iVario Cooking Centres. * Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service * Fault finding on both Electrical and Gas units * Working on your own initiative, as well as part of a united team Benefits: * Paid door to door * Overtime paid at time plus half. CCCN1, LPG * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to work weekends on a 1 in 3-4 Rota basis * Expected to work 1 day on a Rota basis between Christmas and New Year (Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day) If you are passionate about the Rational range and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want you on our team.
