Day-to-day of the role: Take ownership of all maintenance tasks, records, and daily operations within the store. Ensure all works are completed safely and conform to the latest legislative requirements. Build and maintain key relationships internally across the store and with contractors, especially within the Facilities team. Actively identify, prevent, and address any health and safety risks and hazards. Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements including the H.A.S.A.W.A Act, COSHH, EU Directives, and company Health & Safety Procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Multi-skilled Engineer, preferably in a retail or luxury environment. Strong knowledge of building maintenance. Excellent relationship-building skills with team members and external companies. A proactive approach to health and safety.
