Team Leader – Principal / Associate Structural Engineer Leeds (Hybrid – up to 2 days from home) £55,000–£65,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) Are you a structural engineer ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused engineer to lead a talented team in Leeds — delivering projects that shape the region’s skyline across healthcare, education, residential, leisure, and commercial sectors. You’ll manage and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers and technicians, balancing technical excellence with people development. The role offers genuine scope to influence strategy, drive innovation, and help shape the next generation of engineers.
