With a strong focus on delicious homemade food, cask ales, and becoming a true community hub, this is an incredible opportunity to lead a venue with personality, purpose, and potential. What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Full operational leadership with a focus on guest experience, team culture, and commercial success * Managing all aspects of the food-led offer—from fresh menus to kitchen standards * Driving sales through creative ideas, events (like quiz nights), and standout service * Building strong ties with the local community to make the pub a true neighbourhood favourite * Leading and developing a committed, motivated team with clear communication and purpose * Taking full P&L responsibility — managing budgets, stock, rotas, and performance * Delivering consistently high standards in both front and back-of-house * Fostering a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel at home What We’re Looking For: * A confident, capable leader who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment * Proven experience running food-led pubs or restaurants with a strong emphasis on quality * Someone who leads with calm authority and enjoys bringing people together * A natural host who gets stuck in and leads by example, especially on the floor * Passionate about good food, great cask ale, and making guests smile * A proud ambassador of the pub and the community it serves Why Join Us?
