We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team in the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Bradenton area . Your Role and Responsibilities As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll be the backbone of our projects. You'll work closely with our leadership team and crews to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing all plumbing crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work. Conducting daily job walks to perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Ensuring the job site is clean, secure, and well-managed at the end of each day. Attending weekly meetings with general contractors (GCs) to align on project goals. Completing daily reports, including toolbox talks and red-lining. Conducting Job Hazard Assessments and completing Accident and Incident Reports as needed. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commercial plumbing. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years of commercial plumbing experience. A state plumbing license. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, including supervisory roles. Experience in multifamily and hospitality construction. Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy, results-driven team. Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
