5-Star, Big5, 28-bed Game Lodge in need of an experienced Game Lodge Manager * Hospitality / Management tertiary qualification beneficial * Min 2yrs equivalent lodge management experience – preferably in a 5-star safari lodge * Passionate about creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience * Knowledge of front and back of house operational requirements * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent administration and computer skills * Time management, problem-solving and decision-making skills * An eye for detail and must be hands on * Stable and solid career growth with contactable references * Take full accountability for the management and operations of the lodge * Lead the team and work closely with the Assistant Manager to maintain a positive, guest orientated high performance culture * Valid RSA ID and Driver’s License Required
