What You'll Do: As a Funding Concierge, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring funeral homes and families receive timely funding while providing top-tier communication and follow-up. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating directly with funeral professionals and families regarding claim status Collecting and reviewing assignment documentation Following up with insurance companies to confirm claim receipt, documentation, and payment status Providing empathetic, accurate, and timely support by phone, email, and CRM Documenting all claim activity and updates in our internal system Supporting the Funding team with claim submissions and verification processes Managing multiple open claims at once, tracking timelines and follow-up schedules Helping create a seamless, concierge-level experience for all partners What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a calm, clear, and professional tone Experience with insurance claims or customer service a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Empathy, integrity, and a desire to help others Why Join TOPTIER?
