Business Center Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire a Business Center/Community Manager to join our family! You will be responsible for overseeing the sales and administrative activities of an exciting Co-Working Location: Responsibilities: On site collaborative sales and sales related membership activities including tours Customer Service to our members Lead Follow-up Minimal reporting activities Contract generation and management (standard tools provided) Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, make coffee, etc.) Manage occasional (monthly or every other month) social events (lunches or meet and greet 4-6PM) Use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management or even teaching Ability to prioritize and multi-task Experience in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Collaborative/Integrity Selling Previous experience with SRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot Previous experience with Yardi a plus Company Description Founded in 2003 and franchising since 2012, the Colorado-based company is the largest provider of locally owned and operated flexible workspaces in the United States.
