This is a full-time, employed opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing neuroscience team dedicated to exceptional care and strategic growth. You ll be joining a group that includes: 3 experienced neurosurgeons 7 hybrid neurologists (inpatient & outpatient) 1 interventional neurologist Our team works in close partnership with hospital leadership and enjoys the support of a seasoned neurosurgery service line director who is focused solely on advancing this specialty. Position Highlights Full-time, employed role Variable schedule with a mix of 2 3 days/week in clinic and OR Shared call responsibilities : 7 10 days/month Dedicated PA pool (1 PA per attending) to support both clinic and surgical work Collaborative, forward-thinking team with a shared vision for program development Who We re Looking For MD or DO with completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery Eligible for Arizona medical licensure Strong clinical and surgical skills with a desire to contribute to program growth What We Offer Focus on medicine we manage the rest : operations, billing, credentialing, HR Dedicated marketing and business development support to help build your patient base Competitive compensation package Full suite of benefits , including: Malpractice coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan options Why Phoenix?
