As a Production Supervisor at Rise Baking Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Manage the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring compliance with company standards and production targets. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs to exceed customer satisfaction. Coach, mentor, and lead a diverse team of employees, setting performance standards and aligning them with the company?s strategic goals. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and address production issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize production processes. Prepare reports on production performance and personnel productivity for upper management. Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed, promoting a culture of safety among team members. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Competency in Microsoft Office and production management software. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
