Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage and review product quality and service reports, addressing issues as needed to improve customer satisfaction. Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring a high level of employee morale and professional development. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste without compromising quality. Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance customer base and overall profitability. Coordinate with the chef and culinary team to develop menu items that align with the latest industry trends and customer preferences. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, local communities, and stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports on business operations, including financial performance, and present to stakeholders on a regular basis.
