Job Description

Job Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, driven, and highly capable General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure efficiency across all departments. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Lead, motivate, and support teams to ensure high performance and staff development. Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for business improvement and expansion. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role. Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
