REQUIREMENTS: Accounting Degree / bachelors in Finance Accounting Skills in finances, budgets & general accounting practices Financial Data Analytics specifically in hotel accounting with an understanding of hotel systems Cashiering Experience within a hotel / hospitality environment and Point of Sale Systems such as MICROS, Opera, Gaap etc Attention to detail, well organised and methodical worker Strong ethical practices SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES: Revenue Reports, Banking, Bank Statements, Debtors, PM Accounts, Income Statement, Creditors, Petty Cash, Complimentary Accounts, Revenue Reports, Food Costs, Month-end Financials, Annual Budgeting, Hotel Operating Stocks, Head Office Debtors, Fixed Asset Register
