Reservations Logistics Manager

We are seeking a detail-driven, independent thinker to manage and coordinate transfer bookings across our luxury travel network. This is not your typical lodge reservations role, its a dynamic office-based position requiring precision, multitasking, and strong communication with agents, guests, and internal teams. Candidate Requirements: Background in hospitality or travel logistics preferred Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple systems Tech-savvy and confident in email correspondence and basic office software Candidate Responsibilities: Manage daily transfer reservations and scheduling Liaise with agents and guests via email and phone Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure seamless service Maintain accurate records and avoid costly booking errors Support general office admin and assist with reporting Office based role
