Store Location: V&A Waterfront Position Description: FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE Starting date: Immediate We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced, mature, Front Desk Representative who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality. As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who is able to work busy, retail hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude while utilising leadership skills when interacting with customers and employees. REQUIRED Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service/hospitality role with retail experience Applicants must be mature with at least 10 years working experience Retail, Hotel, Restaurant or Hospitality experience would be a plus Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices Excellent people skills, detail-oriented and dedicated in assisting people Must be able to lead by example Retail sales knowledge and experience a plus Key competencies: Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge Excellent command of the English language- written and verbal Must have good mathematical comprehension & quick calculating ability Friendly, diplomatic and professional Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Firm and pleasant personality Excellent time management and punctuality Very good administrative, organizational and follow-up skills Present a neat, clean, very friendly and professional appearance Package and remuneration Competitive base and commission salary structure Commission earned on services and products Earn R10k per month Cash bonuses and incentives
