Events Supervisor

Events Supervisor Location: M Shed based Are you passionate about delivering exceptional events and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for an experienced Events Supervisor to join our Central Venues team, based at the iconic M Shed in Bristol. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the sole representative of the site to clients, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage events on-site, acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders Supervise and motivate teams of up to 15 staff across various departments Champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working culture Coordinate with other venues and departments to support multi-site operations Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation, driving a culture of excellence Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within events or hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive approach and a drive for perfection Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Ability to work independently and confidently represent the venue Why Join Us?
