Facilities Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Accommodation Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Answering telephone queries Dealing with email queries Sending out booking forms via email Loading bookings on to our PC (we have a hotel package) Sending confirmation emails Adding bills onto reservations Allocating room numbers to reservations Lots of PC work when in the Call Centre Our ideal Accommodation Booking Admin will: Dealing with customer queries Answering telephone queries Checking the daily arrivals and departure lists Greeting customers Checking reservations in Taking payments (Cash and Card) Daily Key Press checks Balancing float at end of shift Adding bills onto reservations Allocating room numbers to reservations Sending confirmation emails Very much face to face customer focussed when working in the reception.
