Barcelona (only applications from candidates based in this location will be considered). We are looking for an International IT Program Manager (f/m) with a clear orientation towards international collaboration, to join the TDU (T-Systems Digitalization Unit) team in Iberia to provide direct support to the CIO of the company. This person will act as a link between the local team and the central TDU teams, actively contributing to the implementation of international programs and ensuring alignment with the organization's global standards. Key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with central TDU teams to support the implementation of international programs across the Iberia location. Provide direct support to the Head of Location IT in project coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with global TDU strategies. Monitor and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Act as a link between the Iberia location and international TDU stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment of objectives. Assist in the preparation of documentation, presentations, and reports related to project progress and financial performance. Support the local deployment of global initiatives, ensuring they are adapted effectively to the Iberian context. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and financial tracking processes within the TDU framework. Participate in regular coordination meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of TDU activities at the local level. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, financial tracking, or similar roles within an international environment. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and financial monitoring tools . Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multicultural teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with project management tools is a plus. High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written). Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong alignment with our values and commitment to supporting the development of talent across the organization.
