This leadership position requires a guest-centric, hands-on professional with strong management expertise across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and high-end service delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the senior management team, ensuring financial performance, and upholding world-class service standards. ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesHotel Leadership & Operations Oversee daily hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff. Conduct VIP inspections and ensure luxury standards are consistently met. Lead service recovery, ensuring all guest interactions exceed expectations. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and coach senior managers to drive performance and service excellence. Oversee rostering, performance management, and succession planning. Foster a positive, motivated team culture through training, recognition, and development. Financial & Business Management Support the General Manager in managing budgets, revenue, and profitability. Analyse financial performance and implement cost-control measures. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth and industry representation. Guest Experience & Service Excellence Actively manage guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all service standards align with luxury hospitality expectations. Enhance the guest journey through proactive leadership and innovative service initiatives. Compliance, Health & Safety Uphold all legal, health, safety, and labour law requirements. Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures. Candidate Requirements Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ recent or current Hotel Manager experience (Senior Level) in a 5-star luxury hotel, including 3 years at executive management level - essential Extensive Rooms Division and F&B management background. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Proficiency in Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office. Exceptional guest relations skills and a proven track record in luxury hospitality. Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late shifts.
