Sous Chef – Antarctica Expedition Camp (USD Earnings) Cook at the edge of the world. Join the elite White Desert team in the most remote kitchen on Earth — Antarctica . As our Chef Assistant , you’ll help craft unforgettable dining experiences for explorers and staff in one of our exclusive guest and staff camps. From sunrise over the ice shelf to dinners under endless twilight, every service is a story in itself. You’ll support the Camp Chef in preparing world-class meals, managing supplies, and keeping our kitchen running seamlessly — all while embracing the adventure of life in the polar wilderness.
