Job Title: General Manager – Apartstyle Hotel Sea Point We’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of our 40-unit Apartstyle Hotel , a contemporary blend of apartment living and boutique hotel hospitality. The GM will oversee all aspects of the property — from guest experience and housekeeping to revenue management and team leadership — ensuring consistent excellence and strong profitability. What You’ll Do: Lead daily operations across guest services, housekeeping & maintenance Manage P&L, budgets, and revenue strategies Build strong relationships with apartment owners Uphold brand standards and elevate guest satisfaction Inspire, mentor, and develop your team What We’re Looking For: Proven hospitality leader (hotel, serviced apartments, or lifestyle property) Confident with owner engagement & communication Strong commercial acumen and operational flair Modern, adaptable, and guest-obsessed Join us to shape a lifestyle experience where hospitality meets modern living.
