Senior Chef De Partie - Robertson 5* Luxury Eco Private Reserve

ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly skilled SENIOR CDP to independently handle meal production and service for this private luxury lodge and Villa Residence including PRIVATE CHEFFING styled breakfast, lunch and dinner, all to international fine dining standards. Team members are rotated through different areas of the lodge and also work in the main production kitchen. REQUIREMENTS for our "top pick" candidates: Formal Cheffing Qualification from Recognized Chef Schools. 2 to 3 years hands-on work experience within 5* FINE DINING / award winning independent restaurants, wine estates or smaller brigades. Excellent communication skills in English. ATTENTION TO DETAIL and advanced technical skills needed in all food production methods. Ability to cope under extreme work and time pressures with a positive work ethic and personal commitment. Highly presentable (of good appearance) with excellent personal hygiene due to OPEN PLAN KITCHEN and direct contact with guests.
