REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 or 3 year recognized professional/classical/formal culinary qualification Minimum 3 years experience as a sous chef within Fine Dining / Eat Out Top 10 Establishments Culinary strengths in Hot, Cold AND Pastry Kitchen Must be comfortable working in an OPEN-PLAN kitchen Effective communication skills and proficient in English with an outgoing personality Strengths in delegating and leading the team of 8 chefs
