ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled and talented FINE DINING sous chef for this elite contemporary restaurant offering a wide selection of signature dishes with a highly popular 5 or 8 course tasting menu. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 or 3 year recognized professional/classical/formal culinary qualification Minimum 3 years experience as a sous chef within Fine Dining / Eat Out Top 10 Establishments Culinary strengths in Hot, Cold AND Pastry Kitchen Must be comfortable working in an OPEN-PLAN kitchen Effective communication skills and proficient in English with an outgoing personality Strengths in delegating and leading the team of 8 chefs
