Team Lead Production

As a Team Leader for Packaging, you play a crucial role in ensuring our products are neatly packaged and ready for the shelves. You will lead the packaging department, which consists of ten production lines, and directly supervise ten line operators while indirectly managing 90 employees. Wij vragen: - MBO/HBO work and thinking level; - Several years of experience in a production environment, preferably in fresh food; - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role; - Good command of both Dutch and English; - Willingness to work in a 2-shift system. Waar ga je werken: The company is an innovative food producer in Europe, specializing in poultry and other ingredients. Their range of products includes meal components and ready-made meals, such as salads. There is an increasing focus on vegetables and alternative proteins. The products can be found in supermarket coolers and quick-service restaurants. At the production location in Ommel, there are around 700 employees. The location carefully processes poultry parts and produces around 250,000 products daily, including ready-to-eat chicken wings and large packs of chicken fillet.
