OBGYN Hospitalist Opening in Miami, FL Seeking experienced, board-certified OBGYN physicians to help build and shape a new program from the ground up. 24-hour shifts; 6-8 shifts per month Competitive compensation plus earn a $30k sign-on bonus (limited time offer) when you commit to 6 to 8 shifts per month and start on or before March 1, 2026 Free to work when and where you want on your time off, no restrictions Responsibilities include labor and delivery management, coverage for unassigned OB patients, and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN 24/7 in-house anesthesia and Level 3 NICU support Upgraded L&D and postpartum units New 25-bed NICU with private spaces and ocean views No billing or coding responsibilities Clinical leadership support and a collaborative team environment Employee status with a full benefits package including well-being resources, and CME allowance Professional liability insurance including tail coverage Qualifications Board Certified with at least 2 yrs experience outside residency Must have current delivery and emergent gyn surgery skills Hospital Hospital is a 488-bed, full-service acute care facility in Miami-Dade County.
