Job Description

As a Sales Support Representative , you'll be the key link between our customers and our sales & account management team. You'll provide both administrative and commercial support to French-speaking clients in Belgium. Your goal? Boost customer satisfaction and seize more sales opportunities. Maintain daily communication with your own customer portfolio via phone, email and other channels. Actively approach potential customers and reactivate inactive relationships. Apply cross- and up-sell techniques and align your actions with what the customer really needs. Prepare quotes, follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery. Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with account managers to identify and exploit sales opportunities. Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently. Process administrative tasks such as order processing and reporting. Your first month During the first four weeks you will follow an onboarding period at the office in Venlo, The Netherlands. A hotel stay is provided during this period. You'll get to know the customers, colleagues and systems, and you'll immediately start working in real-life situations. You'll shadow experienced colleagues, explore the products and quickly take charge of your own accounts. This way you'll grow step by step toward independence in your role. Experience in a commercial or administrative support role — or you're a young graduate seeking your first work experience. Very good knowledge of English and French, knowledge of Dutch is a plus. Eager to take initiative, enthusiastic, and undaunted by challenges. Detail-oriented and accurate in your work. Skilled communicator who can talk with people at all levels of an organization. Preferably living in the Tongeren region. Expected to be in the office in Venlo (NL) at least once a week.
