Accounts Director (MICE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new MICE business opportunities for the hotel. Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, agencies, and intermediaries. Respond to MICE-related RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Achieve and exceed MICE segment revenue targets and KPIs. Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for MICE clients from initial inquiry through event execution. Understand clients' objectives and tailor event solutions accordingly. Maintain detailed records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to strengthen relationships. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with the Events, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Participate in daily/weekly business review meetings to forecast and strategize. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Monitor performance metrics and analyze the success of MICE campaigns and promotions.
