Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Málaga. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with booking inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about properties and the local area. Duties include responding to phone calls and emails, managing bookings, personal check-in and outs, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will also handle administrative tasks related to customer support and apartment rentals. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service and complaint resolution Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the Málaga region and local attractions Proficiency in English and Spanish Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus Good computer skills and familiarity with booking systems Working every second weekend
