Our team, Finance Business Intelligence We are on a mission to improve the reporting available to our Sales team globally by providing the best reporting and tools. As part of the larger Revenue Management organization, we are responsible of providing the best tools to our district sales managers and improve their efficiency by removing manual tasks. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: As a BI Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our reporting journey. You will: Translate business requirements into reporting solutions and support the design of dashboards in Power BI. Understand the day-to-day role of our district sales managers to implement solutions to make their life easier. Lead training sessions with our users. Participate in our Power BI community of practice. Cross-analyze multiple data sources to connect the dots and surface insights that drive smarter decisions. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that highlight business risks, leakage, or new growth opportunities. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Strong skills in Power BI (5 years). Strong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouse technologies (ideally Snowflake). Analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity—you love digging into data and uncovering the story it tells. Problem‑solving drive—comfortable tackling complex data puzzles and simplifying them into actionable insights.
