Hotel Human Resource Manager at Honour Flow Group We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our hotel. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Requirements for this role include: Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. People-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry, and a deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices. J-18808-Ljbffr
