PMS Business Analyst (Hospitality) Contract Length: 12 months initial Engagement Type: Inside IR35 Location: Remote Day Rate: £500-£550 per day We are looking for skilled PMS Consultants to support the rollout and ongoing enhancement of a new Property Management System (PMS) for a leading global hotel group. Key Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of PMS functionality within the hospitality sector, including reservations, billing, invoicing, taxation, and fiscal integration. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements related to PMS capabilities and compliance. Partner closely with Product, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams, as well as external technology partners, to deliver PMS features and configurations successfully. Produce and maintain high-quality country-specific configuration and handover documentation, ensuring PMS capabilities are accurately enabled and aligned with business needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant focused on Property Management Systems in hospitality. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and PMS workflows, including financial and regulatory compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions. Meticulous documentation skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative, distributed team environment.
