We re seeking two Medical Oncologists and/or Hematologists to deliver outpatient care in a supportive, patient-first environment all while enjoying the natural beauty and peaceful lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. Position Highlights: Location: Coos Bay, Oregon Practice Focus: 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology No inpatient consults exclusively outpatient care Average patients/day Schedule: 8-hour days 1:4 call (critical lab calls only) Facility Perks: Brand new 19-chair infusion suite Onsite mixing pharmacy Radiation Oncology onsite Dedicated nurse navigators & high-caliber infusion team ️ Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Active Oregon license (or willing to obtain) BLS Certified (or willing to obtain) Clean malpractice history NPDB self-query report Required DEA must be obtained before start Experience or interest in Radiation Oncology Preferred Open to Locum-to-Perm , H-1B , and J-1 visa candidates Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation: $680K (based on experience & full-time hours) Sign-on bonus & relocation flexible, discussed at interview Comprehensive benefits package including: 6% retirement match Generous PTO CME allowance Licensing/professional fee reimbursement Onsite health & wellness clinic Onsite child care and learning center Paid interview expenses White glove relocation assistance Strong organizational emphasis on work-life balance Why Coos Bay?
