We’re passionate about empowering people to live their best lives through high-quality, person-centred care. ⸻ The Role We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting independent male and female service users in Maldon, Essex. Male service user enjoys running and bowling — he’d love someone to join in! Needs support with cooking and meal prep. Female service user needs reassurance, guidance, and advice to help her continue growing in independence. Shifts include long days and split shifts, offering flexibility and variety.
