Insurance Underwriter

My client are seeking an Insurance Underwriter to join their team. The successful candidate will have insurance experience and be confident communicating over the phone. Experience within underwriting is beneficial but not essential. Offering a base salary of £32,000 plus excellent monthly commission (£15,000 over all for the year), genuine career progression opportunities and great benefits. Responsibilities: * Communicating with broker partners and insurers * Managing referrals, liaising with insurers regarding referrals * Guiding brokers, offering insights into risk coverage * Communicating with clients regarding their quotes * Represent the business with the best level of service to brokers and clients * Gaining knowledge on the insurance schemes and providing accurate advice on risk presentations Skills and Experience: * Experience working within insurance * Excellent communicator, confident communicating over the phone * Ability to build rapport * Motivated * Good attention to detail * Experience within underwriting or commercial insurance would be beneficial but not essential Next Steps – Why not click and apply?
